Domestic Shipping- We ship most orders via USPS First Class. Larger orders may ship via UPS Ground. Expedited shipping, insurance and other services may be added upon request. Payment for these additional services is up to you. Our shipping rates are estimations- if we are marginally over or under actual costs no adjustments will be made. If we charge too high, we will refund you the difference. If we charge way too little, we will contact you before shipping. 


International Shipping- We ship all orders via USPS First Class International. It is best to email us a copy of your shopping cart so that we can pull the order, weigh it, and get you a precise shipping quote. If you complete your order using our Google Checkout cart, your order may be delayed until we gather additional funds from you to cover shipping. 

We accept returns on all items other than blind boxes. Absolutely NO returns on blind boxes allowed. Other than that, simply give us a call or drop us an email within 7 days of receipt of goods to arrange for a return. Return shipping will be payed by you unless we ship you the wrong item or there is a manufacturer defect. Always contact us first before shipping back an item as we'll have precise packaging instructions and many conflicts can be resolved without returning the item.
