Domestic Shipping- We ship most small orders via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Larger orders may ship via UPS Ground. Expedited shipping, insurance and other services may be added upon request. Payment for these additional services is up to you. Our shipping rates are estimations- if we are marginally over or under actual costs no adjustments will be made. If we charge too high, we will refund you the difference. If we charge way too little, we will contact you before shipping.
International Shipping- We are not setup to accept international orders at this time. If you are interested in having an item sent to you, email us first with the item(s) you are interested in. We can usually accept first time orders via Western Union money orders. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS FOR FIRST TIME INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. EVER.
We accept returns on all items other than blind boxes. Absolutely NO returns on blind boxes allowed. Other than that, simply give us a call or drop us an email within 7 days of receipt of goods to arrange for a return. Return shipping will be payed by you unless we ship you the wrong item or there is a manufacturer defect. Always contact us first before shipping back an item as we'll have precise packaging instructions and many conflicts can be resolved without returning the item.

We are open Tuesday through Thursday from 11am to 7pm CST, Friday/Saturday from 11am until midnight CST, and Sunday from 11:00am to 6pm CST. Please note we are closed on Monday.
